Armed Security Officer
The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to greet visitors and maintain a safe environment. The Security Guard will assist the company in maintaining an orderly working environment by keeping event facilities safe and problem-free.

Your Qualifications:
- You have a positive attitude and strong customer service and leadership skills.
- You remain detail oriented while treating guests with respect.
- You stay cool under pressure and in emergency situations, taking the lead when appropriate.
- Your experience covers two or more years in a fast-paced security screening position.
- You have one or more years of security supervisory experience within the transportation or vacation industry – this is not required but a PLUS.
- You remain vigilant while being “on the move”, active, or mobile, for long periods of time; standing, walking for hours on end is something you welcome.
- You effectively handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments.
- Your specialty is de-escalating situations before they become unpleasant or hostile.
- You successfully interact with a diverse population while functioning as a team player.
- You have good listening skills and are able to assess situations quickly and effectively.
- You have strong observation and written documentation skills.
- You have a valid security license.
- You possess a current Florida State Driver’s license with a clean record.
- You have and can show legal permission to work in the United States.
- You have a High School Diploma and preferably some college.
- You are a minimum of 21 years old.
- You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- We will make all attempts to provide a predictable work schedule, but the ability to pick up last minute shifts is a PLUS.
